I love cherry blossoms! Our first year I learned of them was in Seoul, South Korea where we were stationed. I had the chance to do cherry blossoms here in Northern Virginia and D.C.! Tidal Basin was very crowded but Hains Point in East Potomac Park was a lot more enjoyable.
